Stop performing. Start leading.

I’m a bold speaker and change strategist who helps leaders and teams grow with courage—not fear. With 20+ years leading global impact at the UN and St. Jude, I’ve seen what works—and what breaks people.

Now, I empower women to stop performing and lead with unapologetic self-assurance, and I help organizations turn change into a catalyst, not a crisis. My signature CEG Method™ (Courage, Empathy, Growth Mindset) injects real energy into leadership, culture, and transformation.

Audiences don’t just listen—they shift. Because I don’t deliver keynotes. I deliver wake-up calls that stick.

The Project That Put Education in the Hands of 2 Million Children

What do you build when the world shuts down—and millions of children are at risk of being left behind? For me, the answer was the Learning Passport. Co-created with Microsoft and Cambridge University, this digital education platform now serves students in over 40 countries. It was named one of TIME’s 100 Best Inventions and ranked the third most influential project in the world by PMI. But what matters most isn’t the recognition—it’s the reach. This project proved that with bold leadership, rapid collaboration, and human-first innovation, we can solve problems that once felt impossible.

Things I love to talk about...

I’m a leadership strategist, executive coach, and unapologetic people expert—on a mission to help women lead boldly and make change feel possible, not paralyzing.

  • Lead Without Shrinking: For women ready to stop second-guessing and start owning the room. Erin shows how to trade self-doubt for self-command—and lead without waiting for permission.

  • Change Is a Team Sport: Forget top-down rollouts. Erin’s CEG Method™ helps leaders drive change that actually sticks—by leading with courage, empathy, and a growth mindset.

  • Failure That Fuels Forward: Innovation dies where perfection rules. Erin teaches how to build a culture where failure is safe, feedback is real, and growth becomes inevitable.

  • Lead Like You Mean It: Authenticity isn’t soft—it’s your superpower. Erin breaks down how self-assured leadership builds trust, drives impact, and inspires lasting change.

  • What I Got Wrong—and Why It Matters: Erin shares the leadership lessons that came with a cost, and how they shaped the way she leads (and teaches others to lead) now—with more humanity and less armor.

  • Make the Shift: Resistance isn’t the problem—it’s a signal. Erin shows leaders how to turn hesitation into momentum by making change feel personal, not imposed.

The Ripple Effect of Bold Leadership

areas of expertise

Women's Empowerment & Leadership

I help women break through self-doubt, societal expectations, and internal limits to lead with confidence and clarity. I believe self-assurance is a leadership superpower, and I inspire women to play big in their careers without compromising who they are. Having walked this path myself, I know what it takes to rise, and I’m passionate about guiding others to do the same.

Change Management & Organizational Transformation

I teach leaders and teams to approach change as an opportunity for collaboration, innovation, and growth using my CEG Method—Courage, Empathy, and a Growth Mindset. I make change feel exciting rather than intimidating by shifting the focus from control to curiosity. My goal is to help organizations evolve in a way that energizes people and unlocks long-term potential.

Authentic Leadership Development

I guide leaders to align their values with their actions so they can lead with trust, purpose, and impact. I’ve learned that authenticity is what drives real influence—not titles or credentials. Through personal stories and practical tools, I help leaders connect with their teams in meaningful, lasting ways.

Cultural Building & Psychological Safety

I work with organizations to create cultures where openness, trust, and innovation thrive. I believe that when failure is safe and feedback is welcomed, teams are more engaged and effective. I show leaders how to cultivate environments where people feel seen, heard, and motivated to do their best work.

Igniting Bold, People-Focused Leadership & Change

Most change efforts don’t fail because of strategy—they fail because people don’t feel safe enough to move.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked with executive teams across the globe, including Fortune 500 companies, to lead change that actually sticks. My leadership career has taken me from the boardrooms of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to the global halls of the United Nations. Along the way, I’ve built partnerships that created lasting impact—like securing a $300 million commitment to support pediatric research, one of the largest gifts ever made to a children’s hospital.

One of the projects I’m most proud of is the Learning Passport—a digital education platform I co-created with Microsoft and Cambridge University. It now reaches children in more than 40 countries and was named one of TIME’s 100 Best Inventions. It’s also been ranked the third most influential project in the world by PMI.

I’ve spoken at the UN General Assembly, led global initiatives across China, Finland, Italy, and South Africa, and been featured by organizations like the University of Missouri’s Bloch School of Business. But at the heart of everything I do is a single goal: helping people lead with more humanity.

Whether I’m working with C-suite leaders navigating change or high-achieving women ready to stop shrinking and start leading, my work is about creating the kind of transformation that resonates—long after the keynote ends.
